RETURNS & REFUNDS

​Is your piece not what you were expecting, or looking for? If you just want to return the item because it's not suitable, all items must be in perfect, saleable condition and in the original packaging. I’m happy to refund returned items.

You have 14 days from the receipt of your jewellery or to make contact if there is a problem or you are not satisfied with your purchase. The cost of postage for returning the item(s) is your responsibility unless the issue is with Elemental Skye therefore, we will be happy to refund you the postage after the item(s) have been returned.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own security we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service which insures you for the value of the goods. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

A Certificate of Posting for all returns can be issued in a UK Post Office for free. Please keep this Certificate until you have received your refund or replacement. If the fault is with Elemental Skye then of course, the postage will be refunded.

Items which are exempt from the refund and exchange policy are commissioned items and earrings, simply for hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

Last but not least, we want you to be happy with your piece, and will try to resolve any issues without stress! Other than situations beyond our control, I will do my best to get your order or return to you as soon as possible and within our times agreed. Important Notes

Any items returned after 14 days or with any visible signs of damage or wear will not be processed.

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons I cannot accept exchanges or returns on earrings.

Any parcel returned is at your own cost unless faulty.

An item that was received as a gift can be exchanged. Refunds can only be made to the original credit or debit card on which the gift was purchased.

Faulty items: My products can be delicate, therefore occasionally I do have faulty items (and I'd be rather annoyed at myself!) but if this happens, please do contact me by email at coral@elementalskye.com or message me via the site here I'll need your name, order number, item description, and it would be a good idea to include a photo of the faulty product. We can then arrange a refund or for a replacement to be posted out.

Returning an order from a different country: You must contact me and ensure that you have posted your item within 14 days of receipt. You must mark 'return' on the customs form when returning to the UK, otherwise we will be charged high import charges which I will not be held responsible for, sorry.
