Please note a signature will be required for all FREE delivery. If you happen to be on Skye and wish to save on delivery costs, contact me and we can arrange a time for you to pop by.

Most pieces of jewellery are made to order and are dispatched within 2 business days. You will be notified by email once your item has been dispatched.

UK Shipping: Currently there have been no major changes to the way our postal system operates, however, we will let you know if there are any delays expected. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to arrive, starting the day after you placed your order, before contacting me about this. You can contact me at coral@elementalskye.com

Shipping to the rest of Europe: Please allow up to 10 business days after placing the order before addressing a delay in delivery and I shall chase it up for you. I can be contacted at coral@elementalskye.com

International Shipping:  There are currently significant shipping delays to a number of countries, due to a lack of available transport links and suspension of certain country’s postal operations. Please allow 12 business days after your order was placed. You can contact me at coral@elementalskye.com

If you are a International customer outside the EU, you may need to pay customs charges and/or taxes when your order arrives in your country. Please check with your country’s customs and border control for more info on this. Elemental Skye cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred when importing items into your country.

If you would like your item sooner, I’ll do my best to accommodate and if we need to use a different delivery service, we will discuss this with you so that you are aware of the difference in postage costs.

Depending on stock availability and clearance of payment, delivery times may vary but I’ll do my best to  make sure you receive your order as soon as possible. If, however there is a delay, I will let you know about this and you will have the option of cancelling your order.

I would normally send out items within 2 working days of the order being placed, as I often need some more  time to accommodate your preferences so please bear this in mind. I will communicate this with you at the time so that you are aware and I will also follow up with a message to let you know when your order has been dispatched.

The possible customs duties or taxes applied outside of the UK, unfortunately is out of our control and is therefore the customer’s responsibility.
